Coach Brad brings 48 years of retail sales and operations experience, shaped by decades of real work on floors, in backrooms, and across global markets. He grew up in the United States, spent his early years as a competitive athlete in the 70s and 80s, was recognized by Goodwill Industries, and later spent meaningful time living in Asia to help pioneer furniture retail. Today, he calls California home, surrounded by family and friends.
Over the past decade, he served as Vice President of International Retail and Operations for a multi‑billion‑dollar furniture enterprise spanning manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and licensee partnerships. During that time, he supported the growth and rollout of locations across multiple countries, helping teams navigate new markets and new opportunities.
What has always driven him is people. Through training, coaching, and practical operational insight, he has supported professionals at every level across the U.S. and abroad, sharing what he has learned throughout his travels to more than 40 countries.
His experience stretches across mentoring, training, relationship building, revenue expansion, and innovative business strategies — touching warehousing, retail shop floors, marketing, and advertising, and really, all facets of the business. It’s the kind of broad, hands‑on background that makes him a steady, trusted voice in the international retail community.
